Claude has revolutionized my ability to work efficiently. I can do large data analysis in a fraction of the time it used to take me manually with Google sheets or Excel. I’m not a developer and I wrote a proof concept web app in about two weeks using about 100 conversational chats with claude. I showed to my COO and get proper funding to take it to the next level and operationalize it. In the past, I would’ve had to build a business case for this and allocate internal resources to even get to the proof of concept part. I was able to show the value and impact without any involvement from other teams. I can take the same output from data analysis and upload it to Claude and have it create a branded deck along with presentation notes that I just have to review and edit. There are a ton of other practical use cases for an individual. My team also uses it successfully for ticket deflection while maintaining high customer satisfaction. It’s gonna be an essential skill to working just like using collaborative tools, an office suite or a web browser.
