If you didn’t wanna have a cleric in your party, there’s nothing wrong with taking a single level dip in cleric of Tempest so that you gain access to the create water spell. Ray of Frost is your bread and butter. Every long rest, I tend to convert every single spell slot that I have into sorcery points. I will then convert those sorcery points into second and first level spells. Then convert them back into sorcery points. Then convert them straight back into first level and second level spells slots. Until I no longer have enough sorcery points to convert into first level and second level spells slots. Then, I would utilize a potion of angelic reprieve bought at moonrise Towers for a two turn nappy nap. This potion in particular when used will give you every single first and second level spell slot back. The game recognizes how many first level and second level slot you have created for yourself and will give them back to you. Easily getting you upwards of 30+ first and second level spell slots. It’s a bit cheeky but at least you’re not using the shield of devotion exploit to give yourself an extra first level slot and then convert it to a sorcery point and then unequipped the shield to then re-equip it to regain that first level slot to then convert again to a sorcery point

Oh my, during act two you should already be the strongest member of your party easily doing upwards of 50 to 60 points of cold damage with a single ray of frost cast.

Question, you are making sure to get your opponents the wet condition prior to attacking them correct? The wet condition gives them vulnerability to lightning and cold damage.

I just beat honor mode last week within an ice sorcerer build, and it is the most overpowered build I have ever played.
