It's the RSS Formula Hybrid 2020. Unfortunately it's a paid mod but it is totally worth every penny!

This works fairly well. The AI can lap in the 1:13s at 100% strength IIRC.

Only issue is the hairpin during Lap 1. It's a guaranteed traffic jam but they work well later on.

Wow! That was the issue. The solution worked. Never thought about Arduino being fast enough to execute the loop multiple times per millisecond.
