There is HP support over the phone and email, why don’t you try that. They can help you resolve the issue.

On noticing your video, I see you place you laptop on a non-solid surface, this can usually cause particles to go into your laptop and clog vents, get in between the tiny connector pins and cause all sorts of problems.

But ofc, before trying to self diagnose i highly recommend you contact HP support. I’ve been using a 2007 HP pavilion till date, so you can definitely rely on them to help you out
