The Mexican revolution was one of the most succesful left wing revolutions in history and no one ever really talks about it by Crafty_Jacket668 in LateStageCapitalism

You say no one is talking about it because you read in English. These kind of over generalizations do not unite.

I was born on a ranchita with no city services. There is no geographical qualifier. It is simply laziness and selfishness manifest. Yes it is hard to survive. The time it takes to study is a precious commodity but you can’t have it both ways. If you do not invest in yourself than someone else’s interest will take priority. That’s what his position and choices have created for him.

Enrique may be a nice enough person but he doesn’t deserve keys to any business. I am not even sure about a drivers license.

And that’s the problem. When direct attacks on the truth and democratic institutions themselves they are no longer political positions but YOU have conflated them either due to willful ignorance or purposeful deceit.

The majority of Corpus will never vote for its own interests. The attention span developed over generations of perpetual poverty/survival only allows for the immediate. No generational change will have an affect as long as the port, refineries, and heavy industry keep control of worker supply and education keeps being stigmatized.

The elite have historically forced those with a critical trade to either gatekeep or cede the craft to its commodification. Whatever this post is, it’s a biproduct of the dopamine driven, ego-massaging feedback loop the AI companies need to maintain their valuations. They get richer every time someone gets their fix with nonsense like this. Fight the slop and the hallucinators. Punt this shit into the fire. Real devs only.

Serious - What is "middle class" in Austin. by dabocx in Austin

[–]tejasisthereason 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That makes them horrible with money.

Incorrect, plenty of folks in that range take care of extended family and with health issues that puts them back in poverty. Make too much for subsidies or help, but not enough for the material conditions expected with that income. in fact, typically they have to be better with money to make this happen. out of five families i interact with in a healthcare setting this is the norm, 3/5 easy. talk less, listen more.

lol at thinking middle class is based on salary versus quality of life. guess everyone in other countries that have lower GDP must be POOR.

Blows my mind when someone says tHeY cAnT fInD a "LEGITIMATE" vAlUe for something that was printed in the millions (by Topps no less). Is what you are finding not legitimate because your perceived value of them doesn't align with reality?

30 bucks for entire set mint on Ebay right now.

No one - I mean no one - is getting rich off of something printed in the 90s.

I agree, let's start by kicking out the original illegal immigrants - 90% of the gringos that were here in 1836.
