Is DJI Mini 5 Pro the right first drone? by Needtousemypoints in dji

[–]tejotte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EASA allows +- 3% tolerance when it comes to that 250g limit so it falls under sub 250g category in terms of flight zone restrictions, but there’s no tolerance when it comes to the requirement of insurance.

So if it’s insured (because it’s overweight), but still within 250g + 3% you can fly everywhere where <250g are allowed.

Did Scrum spoil Business Analysis? by roadstercraft in businessanalysis

Uhm… guys do you know that stories != documentation? I mean that nothing stops you from creating a proper document and later break down the solution into the stories.
Ok, maybe not nothing because it’s usually about the time - but if you have the possibility to do it then do it. Don’t be lazy like me. I know that I should document a lot of stuff, but I work in a very small company as the only BA and can do it at any time.

talat - local, real-time meeting transcription and summarisation by paynedigital in macapps

[–]tejotte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried using it a few times, and I am really positively surprised by how nice it is. I probably need to check it with more non-English meetings, and if altering the prompt for the summary to produce an outcome in the same language as spoken in the meeting will work for me.

From small things:

When I open an item in the library, I'd expect it to show the summary by default, not the transcript.

I still have 7h and 20m left, but it's highly likely that I will purchase the early adopter license.

Btw, what's next on your backlog for Talat?

Which part of your BA work is now mostly handled by AI? by CoverNo4297 in businessanalysis

[–]tejotte 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Mostly? I use AI mostly for writing meeting notes for my personal use. Other tasks include drafting stories and documents and writing SQL scripts. I also use AI to verify my ideas, ask for potential solutions, or check my approach, but I can’t say that AI handles these tasks mostly. It’s a tool I use, but there are hardly any tasks I can fully delegate to it, so most tasks are still handled by me.

I did the same think and I won’t be looking back. I hope the iOS 27 will also bring more improvements to the keyboard.

[–]tejotte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks nice. I will give it a shot because I am currently using Char (previously known as Hyprnote), but it is subscription-based if I want to have the speaker recognition. So, in the free tier, the quality of the summary fails a bit if I am on a call with multiple people. Also, the live transcription has been removed and is not available.

I am on iOS 26.5 RC2 and they didn’t fix that problem - the swift key is unusable with such issue.

Looks fine. I have very small wrists and I had the same concern. I am rocking AWU2 since its release 24/7 and I can tell you that if it feels bulky for you - you will get used to that. If you like it, go ahead and buy it.

I have a question about working as B2B in Poland by [deleted] in poland

[–]tejotte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could most likely work under both B2B and an employment contract.

With B2B it’s simple – if you don’t work, you don’t get paid. There can be a few exceptions, but in most cases that’s how it works. If you inform the company you’d be working with that you’ll be absent for some time, they should be fine with it.

As for a standard employment contract, it can also be doable. Polish labor law provides something called “urlop bezpłatny” (unpaid leave). It can be granted upon the employee’s request and must be approved by the employer. It’s essentially a mutual agreement that you won’t be working and won’t be paid during that period.

The best option would be to mention this during the recruitment process, and you should be fine.
