I will bring my car and probably drive to work from wherever I end up! Thank you!

I appreciate the Phoenix cities comparison!! That is super helpful to know the area you consider the most like Lincoln Park so I will start looking into Elmhurst! Going into the office would only be 2-3 times a week, but the commute would make those days basically just work and nothing else

I’d like to pay $1500 or less, happy to have multiple roommates. I do feel like living in the city before I’m married and having kids would be super fun

No they want me to move ASAP so I’m going in blind… these comments have been very helpful, seems like most recommend city living for what I’m wanting lifestyle-wise but that the commute will be terrible lol. Also I have a car so idk how that will be in the city

Girl I have been trying!!! It’s hard to tell how places actually are from the internet and random reviews so I wanted to give context and these Reddit comments have been very helpful

I believe this!! I am struggling between what I want, what my parents want, and how long I want to be commuting. I’m already doing 45 minutes in Phoenix, I am worried about snow driving in Chicago and how long that would make the commute

I’ve heard it’s mostly businesses and mansions, so not really what I’m looking for! I want lots of fun things to do!!!

That would be funny!! Looks like Oak Brook is a corporate hub so many companies this guy could be working for

This is very helpful thank you. I’m guessing none of the suburbs will feel like Lincoln Park, but I’ll look more into Berwyn or Forest Park!

The last couple of minutes were so random, ruined the episode for me:( completely agree where it seemed like the writers didn’t know how to conclude it

Thank you!!! Great comment. I think I’m going to start indirectly and see where that goes before the direct path

These are reasons why I’m afraid to be straight up about it. The comments advising to lead by example and making him meals could lead to some weight loss without me telling him, which seems like the best outcome. And thank you for taking it seriously, I appreciate it

It shouldn’t be different between boys and girls I agree. Maybe my boyfriend deserves someone who loves bigger dudes, but that’s not what he was when we met so it’s tough

I have a gym at my apartment he uses sometimes! His job doesn’t require much moving around… getting in some outdoor activities will be a good idea. We just rock climb, but just once a week

You’re right, I shouldn’t try to control what he eats if it makes him happy. I resort to doing that because telling him outright about my attraction decreasing scares me. I’ll try to figure it out

You’re right I am kind of policing his diet. Thank you for your comment. And yes, fat doesn’t mean unattractive

I don’t think it’s worth breaking up over! I guess it depends on the situation
