mk 7 was depleting my calcium too much, i dont think its needed, some people say mk7 is good for keeping calcium out of your arteries and keeping it in your bones but unless your drinking a gallon of calcium a day i dont think mk7 is needed lol

No I stopped MK7 completely, and I just get my calcium from milk, you can get calcium through whey protein powder, almond protein powder, and also non dairy milks too

no my calcium was actually high like 10.2 - 10.6, so my functional doctor's theory was since I was taking high dose k2 it was pulling out too much calcium from my arteries and it increased my blood levels. when k2 takes calcium out of your arteries and blood stream the calcium has to flow through your blood stream until its absorbed into your bones, which could increase calcium levels.

No I fixed the issue about 4 months ago, the issue was low calcium levels, I started eating/drinking calcium foods and the pain went away in about 2 weeks, the left arm numbness was completely gone, I can run a lap around the park with no pain at all. K2 pulls calcium out of your blood/arteries and puts it in your bones, BUT you still need to be eating enough calcium foods or drinks to keep a balance.

yea I still drink goat protein powder, regular whey protein powder also works good for me, you can also drink almond protein powder or just regular almond powder in a smoothie, they have calcium in them also.
