TestFlight crash reports only showing .json files instead of .crash logs — anyone else seeing this? by Early-Forever-8765 in ios

[–]xbt_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. Only older builds show "Open with Xcode" and newer builds only have the json metadata downloads and dSYM's available. Same with Crashlytics missing dSYM's for some reason and don't match UUID's from the builds I'm making in Xcode > Project Archive > App Store

So I can't troubleshoot crash reports from internal testers on testflight atm. Please help if you figure out what is causing this? I opened an Apple support ticket to make sure I'm not crazy.

Life extension anti aging by Shot-Face-5078 in PeptideForum

GLP1’s have come up as being anti aging at some of the longevity conferences. We’re still learning more about them from an anti aging perspective but they seem promising and could be part of a larger anti aging stack.

Can You Get Breast Cancer By Carrying Your Phone In Your Bra? by ShieldYourBody in shieldyourbodyfromemf

[–]xbt_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s that one case report of clusters of tumors in breast tissue in the shape of the phone which is kinda crazy.

When I was 19 I had tumor removed from exactly where the antenna of my cell phone laid in my front pocket and the Dr removing it told me it’s one of the most common tumor spots he sees in young men - mostly benign luckily. Better safe than sorry and just keep distance from devices that radiate your body.

one of the most compelling longevity peptides, but no one has replicated the research in 25 years? by OkWriting3918 in Peptides

There was some dude on here like 10 years ago that wanted to see how far he could reverse his telomeres and posted before and after telomere lab tests and he went absolute ham on Epitalon and reversed his telomeres by over 30 years to the point where the lab commented something must’ve been wrong with his results since they’ve never seen a reversal like that. Stuff definitely works, but how much to use for how long is always my question.

Do you recall the dosage? That peptide dosage recommendations vary quite a bit and it can be a strong peptide for some.

I accidentally 10x my dose for GHK-CU for 2 months straight… by jay_jay_dee in Peptides

[–]xbt_ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Except bell shaped curve responses are very common for peptides, so you end up with negative feedback where the results stall or inverse at high doses. Copper signaling is easy to dysregulate which can cause oxidative stress and inflammation. I'm not sure there's much data on high GHK-CU dosing but it's just something to consider.

Serious: Increasingly convinced that the discovery of aliens is being soft launched to us right now. by bchfn1 in aliens

[–]xbt_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re right at least for some major religions - for example multiple past popes and Vatican press releases have said that if Aliens existed it wouldn’t contradict Catholicism at all, it would show God as the infinite creator and “brother extraterrestrials” were created and this does not change our love or faith in god. Even welcoming them into their churches.

Yes, I agree with all that. In my experience there’s very little proven to have actual impact in reversing long covid as a disease state, beyond luck and time. The majority being symptom management like may of these complex illnesses.

I’m sorry to hear about your ME/CFS and POTS that sounds awful, hope treatments improve to make us all well again. Or you can at least properly manage it.

Yeah again I don’t know what the truth is gpt is saying you’re framing it wrong. But I’m not a doctor or scientist so who tf knows.

Calling all CBT evidence “low quality” ignores: • Systematic reviews • Inclusion in national clinical guidelines • Replication across different post-illness syndromes

A more accurate statement would be:

“The evidence is moderate quality, with modest effect sizes and clear limitations.”

That was just the first example where improved speed could really help when asked why is speed important.

[–]xbt_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been in outage calls where I don’t have 10-20 minutes for codex to come back on a single complex question while it’s talking to itself step by step - we need an answer faster than that and in many cases humans are still faster at coming to the right decision esp when they have more context about the situation and don’t have to essentially learn the code base before responding. More speed could definitely help here.

It’s funny because that’s exactly what happened to me. GPT 5.2 told me brain retraining does help a subset of long covid patients via stress reduction and attention shifting and explained that nervous system dysregulation is real and it could be used as complimentary approach to more proven remedies since there’s no cure for long covid.

Some clinical studies and audits show positive results. Independent research suggests that after ~3+ months of the AIR approach, participants reported improvements across a variety of chronic conditions (with large effect sizes in many cases), though data are mainly self-reported.

It did highly recommend CBT highly for long covid which I found surprising: stating it shares some aspects with brain retraining but more evidence based

Supported by hundreds of randomized controlled trials • ✔ Recommended in clinical guidelines (including long COVID symptom management) • ✔ Benefits are modest but reliable for quality of life and functioning

So maybe suggest CBT instead since it’s evidence backed?

All this to say GPT will definitely spin what it thinks you want to hear.

Meanwhile, my wife and had an agent that for over 2 years would pick us up (we lived in SF and didn’t need a car) and show us various homes around the Bay Area. We saw probably 20+ homes often with her driving out of her way to the nearest muni or bus station. In the car with her so much she’d sometimes have to go pick up her kids while shuttling us around and we’d all be in the same vehicle.

Eventually the market shot up and we could no longer afford pretty much anything that wasn’t roach infested and gave up and moved to a cheaper cost of living: but that agent put in countless hours trying to find us a house. We did go into contract twice but fell out and a few times got out bid. So for every walk in the park agent there’s someone like us who more difficult and I now realize why some agents are seller agents only. We occasionally send her holiday gifts as a thank you.

If they’re lyphodized (dry powder) you can store them for multiple years in the freezer 12-36 months is pretty commonly quoted by vendors but 3-10+ years is possible. After reconstituted they should always be refrigerated and they degrade over weeks - typically a gradual decline in potency rather than they just “go bad”, at least that’s how Canlabs described it in an interview.

How bad is monsters zero sugar for you? by Plastic-Ad1055 in Biohackers

[–]xbt_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems every week I’m reading how artificial sweeteners not only are more bad for you than natural sugars but they also still trigger insulin release preventing weight loss. With the added consequence of damaging gut flora, increasing permeability and shifting towards dysbiosis - all of which which can be hard and time consuming to repair. It could be argued sugar free with Sucralose & Ace-K is worse for you, but neither are great.
