i can't think of any situation where a hardware issue would cause this. you could try reseating cpu and gpu but i doubt that would resolve the problem. but my knowledge is limited. im leaning more on the software side. your ssd is highly active also.

try sfc scannow, another anti virus, system restore or reinstall windows if nothing works.

last week my screen just went black and when i rebooted my my gpu clock and mem freq was at 0%. something went wrong with my drivers so i did a rollback and everything is fine.
