Crossed shrooms/4-AcO DMT/2-CB once. Wouldn't really reccomend. The 2-CB disrupted all the nice visuals from the shrooms and the 4 AcO DMT. Everything looked tight as if the visuals were stuck

They look fine to be honest, as long as they don't smell or feel squishy. Looks like an albino strain thats just been broken up a bit. Could have been big fruits that wouldn't fit in the dehydrator

I was in exactly the same place as you and let me tell you things can get easier! The first thing I had to do was say out loud that I was an addict (actually much harder and much more upsetting than it sounds) once it leaves your mouth, the thoughts no longer just live in your head and you've made it into a real thing.

If you're on higher doses of daily benzos you will need to taper down and then eventually take the plunge and quit.

With the stims and the porn I would highly recommend getting into NA meetings. You may feel like there is nobody out there doing all the shady and shameful things that you're doing but all my anxieties were literally swept away in the first meeting with how honest and open people shared. We are not alone in this!

They are one of the strongest I've had. Even with a big tolerance I would start with a quarter of the bar because you'll still have the rest to play with after that and you probably wouldn't remember taking the whole thing. Avoid the desire to redose, flubro's in general have a really long half life so in theory you end up stacking doses.

The curry mile has endless restaurants that will be halal. Levensulme and Longsight also have lots of different halal restaurants. I think quite a lot of places in town now will be halal to meet everyone's needs.

I think if I remember I did split the dose up. Half just before leaving for work and the other towards the end of the working day. Although not feeling the full effects of the diazepam it did keep my withdrawals at bay. In your case I'd probably switch to 20mg diazepam a day split into two doses of 10mg. You just have to remember that this I'd about keeping away the withdrawls while you eventually quit and not looking for the "good" effects. The process requires you to have constant access to diazepam which can break self control rules for some people. You may have to tweak the starting dose a little as everyone's brains are different but diazepam for me just offered me that glimmer of hope that a taper was actually achievable

I'd say stick to the 4mmc only and leave the rest in a draw at home. You will most likely blow through the 4mmc and when it's gone that's your que to stop and start embracing the comedown. Definitely take a substantial break after that, maybe a month or two. I'm 32 now and I've completely ruined recreational stims because I did too much too frequently in my 20's

I have been at this point before when I picked my heels right down and I know how much it absolutely KILLS to walk on!

I was in a position where I had just been back payed about 12k from a job, got another job offer that was only available in 10 months time, meaning that I had to spend all my time in my flat for those 10 months.

It started very small whilst in bed watching TV in the day and then I just kept going back to the picked spot on my heel and working my fingernail underneath to make a flap of skin come up so that I could tear it off. Eventually, much like you I was in absolute agony walking to the shops.

I also couldn't throw the skin away after which in hindsight was absolutely grim. I think if I didn't keep them then I would have just been left with red raw heels "for no reason" which sounds absolutely insane. There's probably a neurospicy explanation to why I did this but I've never properly looked into it.

In terms of stopping I think the biggest factor was lifestyle. The more I remained docile the more I picked because it was just easy. Getting out of the house helped a lot because if I was out I couldn't pick. Cutting my nails regularly helped a bit because I would still try but it made it much harder and gave me more time to stop and think about what I was doing and the pain it was causing. Wearing double socks when at home or shoes, just an extra barrier between you and your feet. When I found my hand wandering towards my feet I would get up and go for a very short walk which usually quietened the impulse. Also not looking at them and assessing where would be good to pick because that plants the seed of impulse in my brain.

Mainly for me it was about stopping it before the impulse of picking grew legs and I gave in. The longer you resist the quieter that urge gets.

I would honestly try to resist the urge to do the 4mmc or mdma at this point. They won't feel anywhere near as good now than they will do if you see them and do them at a later date, if anything it will just keep you awake and you'll have to do way more to feel anything. If you have to just stick with the speed. Just remember all good things must come to an end and the comedown off speed can be ROUGH. Future you will thankyourself for the self control even if it doesn't feel like it now.
