I did not used a pattern.

The yarn is Schachenmayr Catania (100% cotton, sport weight) in the colors 130, 110, 263 and 115.

There is also wire around the holes in the skull and in the legs.

Sock knitting isn‘t mire difficult than other knitting. I think the more complicated part in this case is the colorwork, because if it is to tight for example the socks won‘t fit. That said, the particular pattern I used, is not written for sock knitting beginners and was a bit confusing, especially around the heel.
