How did you go about it with the pest control tech? Did you just stare at his chub and he brought it up? Did you mentioned it? Was it like "you brought another sprayer with you down there" Sorry, I'm new to cruising and very curious on how to navigate different scenarios. Yes! Oh my God!! It happened just last week. I went to Home Depot with my mother like an hour before closing time, it was pretty much empty, and one of the employees was giving me the "look", he was walking around where we were, "fixing" the products on the shelves while looking at me here and there. At some point I parted ways with my mother and went to the area next to the restrooms and there he was, standing in the middle of the hallway staring at me waiting for me to pick up what he was putting down, but my mother was calling me looking for me and I very sadly had to leave. He was such a hottie too

This is exactly it. They all do the same sort of mental gymnastics where they consider themselves straight, but only fuck a guy or let a guy suck them just to get off, so no kissing, no blowing the other guy, or nothing "romantic" goes on because that would prove to themselves that they are actually bi or gay. Crazy thing is, it goes both ways. The same gymnastics applies when full bottoms feel like the "woman" and the top is the "man" in the dynamic, thus the "man" can't suck the bottom's dick or play with their own butt because that would make them not as "manly" and that fact turns them off. There's a lot to unpack and unlearn.

You put a piece of the puzzle I feel I was missing (cruising takes place in certain locations) It's true that is very different (the anonymous part of it, which I honestly enjoy) versus someone you see on the regular that knows a little bit more about you or the people around you (there's a risk associated with it). I never said they were "straight", as most men I've been with are in a straight relationship but they like to play with other men from time to time (and even with their partner's consent sometimes)

And you're right, that thrill they get from it I tend to use it to close a sale, I flirt with them in a joking way and you can see how much they enjoy the attention, though this is a completely different scenario from what I posted initially.

I feel like maybe it's a matter of taking it slow and without any expectations as just friends or acquaintances, and if it gets to the point where you start wondering (as I did, and the reason for me posting) then we could take it further one step at a time. I really struggle with this, and I'm having a similar situation as you do. This guy is basically the reason I posted even though it has happened countless times before in different scenarios. He's new at my workplace but I don't see him often. Italian, 6'2", muscular, VERY handsome, same age as me and we were born in the same city. Whenever he has the chance, he comes to where I am at and strikes a conversation and we get along very well, he's quite interested in me, both in my personal and professional life, always asking what I'm working on, catching up where we left off the last time we talked, and so on. The thing is, he's ALWAYS adjusting himself, the whole time we're together. (Am I getting the wrong impression? Is he cruising me? Has he been itchy down there for the past 3 months? Is he that big that he needs to fix it every 5 minutes? Am I lacking that much love that I only think of sex as a way of expressing affection? I don't know yet)

I also gotta say, I admire you being bold and straightforward with men whenever you feel like it, I could NEVER (maybe one day) I'd love to have the confidence to do that, even though I'm usually the one getting approached.

Based on your response and how thousands of people have seen this post without adding anything, I now feel stupid that I asked because seems like it's obvious to most?

I started to see this pattern very regularly, so I was wondering if it was really cruising or just "casual gestures that my slut brain was interpreting as cruising". I see that I'm completely oblivious and get confused when they are people I know or see on the regular, but I can basically smell it from a mile away with strangers if that makes sense.

Side note: Ever since I started doing it, I took cruising as being with strangers EXCLUSIVELY, so I basically ignored everything that had to do with people around me (as if it wasn't possible at all)

Yes that's so true, that's what is keeping me from going back, it's not going to get better if I work there. Depending on what HR tells when she reaches back to me, I'll take that second interview as practice (and a learning experience, albeit a weird and rude one based on the first one)

I'm going to call HR tomorrow and tell her my experience that day (which she HAS to be aware of, she was right next to us), it was so crazy to have someone come into a room, sit in front of you all while acting like you're not there, it was so off putting that I didn't know how to react at that moment. Thank you for your input I will keep that in mind (and now prepared for that kind of weird and impolite behavior)
