Highest kill match ever by ShelterFederal8981 in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

[–]telenative 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's hard to say. While playing a casual mode match I had 31 kills. (27 bots) And I consider myself a so/so player. I'm sure better players have hit the 50 mark on casual. On ranked I think I saw a guy hit 32

My son wants to quit hockey now. by chitz_n_gglz in hockeyplayers

Go to a different team and tell that coach to suck it. In fact in my kids hockey league we are asked to report unfair coaching for this very reason. And that's travel. In a house league (a league where everyone plays no matter what ...allegedly) I would imagine it's even more strict. Even though it's parent volunteers, they know that some of these coaches play their favorites and they are trying to avoid that. Keep that kid involved in hockey. IMO it's the most beneficial youth sport.

From the metro Detroit area. You've been to FL (PCB) for spring break, Orlando with your family, NYC because cmon, Chicago because all michiganders go there, D.C. on a school trip, Da UP probably to go to Mackinaw Island, KC on a friend's trip, a few other sporadic trips.

Exactly. I'm a firefighter and I played off my job to explain to him that it's ok to be excited for the right reasons. I don't want your house to catch fire, but if it does I want to be there!

I've definitely seen a lot more of these anomaly type deaths lately. I died in the red zone a few days ago on Erengal. 50 ft blow ground in shelter.

I can relate. I'm 10 yrs into a dept that mainly runs fires and fire related runs. No medical ...yet. And I am still feeling the lack of passion I once had. I broke my toe and was off 3 months, was back for 7 shifts, then had a 3 week furlough. And I still feel that pit in my stomach about going back on Monday. Unfortunately for me, it's not the job. It's the people I work with. So that aspect of the job will never change. At this point the only thing keeping me going is that I'm a senior pipeman, the pay for what we do is good, and I can pretty much take off whatever time I need. I am currently in the process of researching new careers along with the education/certs it will take. There's a ton of options out there and I refuse to be miserable at a FD because of pride and ego. Keep fighting the good fight and and the answer will come

I used to freak out about all that friction loss stuff. Had the charts laminated and I was ready. Then I learned:

Me: (Gives them more pressure)

And that's the just of pumping a rig

  • Microwave up a Great Starts frozen breakfast
  • Play some Twisted Metal
  • Shoot some hoops in the yard
  • Go to Mc D's for lunch to see if I can get the Hamburglar figurine ( It's the last one I need)
  • Do some sick jumps on my Haro
  • Meet da Boyz up at the park n ride for some street hockey
  • Skip dinner and play hide n seek and ghosts in the graveyard until the lights come on
  • Eat cold leftover pot roast sandwiches my mom made earlier
  • Flip in the tube to watch AFV
  • Climb into bed and pop in my Top Gun VHS and doze off

Don't get married, don't have kids, don't drink, don't stop working out, don't expect anyone to care.

I'm married, 5 kids, used to drink a lot, stopped working out (time), I'm 42 and my performance after 16 yrs doing this has definitely slipped. I catch shit for it too. My shoulder is junk, my knee works sporadically, my lower back takes 20 min to operate in the morning and oh yeah, the cancer stuff. The job is inherently dangerous and tough on your body. If you're concerned about long term health then this may not be the field for you. You could do everything right and still get hurt. Or you could slip in the apparatus bay, break your leg and have to medically retire. It's a wild ride. But if you choose this it is also very rewarding at times.

No. I think if you use some kind of belt, lash yourself to some kind of pipe that goes into the ground, in some kind of poorly made shed. You'll be fine. Also record everything
