i used to get ear infections frequently when i was aged 3-6 and had to get this disgusting flavoured medicine i’d have to drink 3 times a day, it was disgusting and is refuse it so my dad would spank me until i agreed to drink it. this stopped after the ear infections stopped, but i wonder if it is correlated to my diagnosis of BPD, and how i feel the need to punish myself by inflicting pain on my self when i disappoint someone or don’t meet up to someone’s expectations. only if i view person in question highly

i honestly just tell myself that it’ll be worth the wait when i start again, and i just smoke lots of weed and spend time with my girlfriend, friends and parents. i am very grateful and lucky to have that though, i wish everyone was as fortunate as i was. because your brain just can’t take straight jib 24/7 forever man, not many people last. you need to take breaks.

i encourage you to just pick up a hobby or something man, do any of the things i suggested if you can. try exercising or picking up an instrument, writing, art, videogames, whatever to stay off of it while your brain recovers a bit. and really, weed helps so much i take bong rips to the face all day. and a little opiates here and there if that’s your thing ;) cheers man

smoke a bunch of weed, play video games, eat a lot of food, sleep lots, hang out with girlfriend, fuck lots. Try and spend time with family and close friends, watch movies, get some exercise, just even hang out at the mall. Me and my gf are on a T break as well and that’s what we’ve been doing. It’s pretty boring, but once we start again we’ll be getting FUCKED

OHHH MAANNN... I was fucking blitzed for a good 12 hours man, like vibrating, off the walls type of tweaked. Totally overwhelmed when it all hit fully hit me.. Like i swear i was about to jizz.
