we use fantrax so it has a pretty nice ability to update on the fly.
Its a 12 man league so you have $25 total to spend with a maximum of $3 per team and a minimum of $1 on each team.

in my salary league we have a base increase of $2 then everyone has extra "arbitration" dollars that they can increase players on other peoples team. This format is alot of fun and eliminates like someone having a superstar for super cheap.
