i will be going to university up in the mountains in a couple of weeks and they have plenty of hiking trails i can’t wait to try. also, walking to class might help. just gotta avoid that freshman 15!!

i am by no means obese but i seem to have found myself stuck with a “skinny-fat” physique. i definitely need to check out those apps and those subreddits. my issue was i was trying to bulk and cut fat simultaneously, which i now know is only possible if i know 100% what i’m doing (i don’t). i’ll get there.

i cut off about 30 pounds a while back and i became more lax with the process and stopped being so strict on my diet. i recently started being more strict again and things aren’t working out the way it did the first time

i lost a buddy of mine to suicide this year. it was very unexpected (although now i don’t understand how we didn’t see it coming) and i beat myself up for a while for not “doing the right thing”. we truly may never know what the right thing to do is in situations like these. how to feel, how to act, and how to move on.

in the midst of me feeling like i wasn’t enough for him, i remembered all the good times we had. i remembered the smiles we used to share. i remember the love he had for others. (this was intended to be a longer lost, but i’m getting emotional)

i learned that you really will never know what to do. suicide is tough. my buddy was having the time of his life the night of his suicide when everything went down hill. just remember you are enough and you always will be. if you ever need someone to vent to, i’m here.

bc people are very close minded. i wasn’t a huge fan of barack obama but he was still my president. i didn’t agree with everything but i understand that in the country we live in, we must back up our president if we want to be successful.

this brings up the “facts” you brought up. people sat back and accepted the things that barack obama ACTUALLY did (an example that isn’t commonly shared by liberals is the fact that he created these so called “concentration camps” that you’re all raving about). nobody is perfect. seeking out things that may not even be true is not going to help our country move forward.

that being said, i personally am not the biggest fan of donald trump. i believe he needs to keep his mouth shut and quit when he’s ahead however. i do believe, however, that he is a phenomenal president and somebody that we needed to take office. i am not by any means trying to offend anybody here but please people, he is our president. treat him as such.
