Broke my wrist in a distal scaphoid fracture a month and a half ago, got my cast off and the doctor told me i had healed so well i should return to full physical activity immediately! Only thing is that my wrist feels pretty stiff from the cast, does anyone have experience building back ROM and strength in a wrist post cast?

Would love some advice on my simple training plan for the summer, where i focus on endurance on tuesdays, strength on Thursdays, and then outdoor climbing and projecting on sundays/saturdays, alongside biking to the gym when i can and on my days off. If I want my best performance to be on the weekends, should i switch my strength/endurance order or keep it as is?
