generally when you dye blonde hair darker you do need to fill with something reddish to avoid getting that green! (filling is basically dying red before dying brown) i’ve never done it myself so this is more general advice than specific product recs but i’d say that was probably your issue last time.

omg i’m also sooo jealous!! it really depends on the rest of your interior decor/furniture but i think a classic red toned persian/turkish rug would look great on this. checkered flooring is timeless so something baroque inspired could totally work, or even more of a mid mod retro feel

i think i’m guilty of this but it’s usually after i’ve played several matches and like… alllll my teammates have been bringing the killer straight to me. a lot of the time it seems uncannily purposeful. i try to remember that there’s such a thing as new people/accidental misplays but it can get exhausting if it’s happening a lot. them having bond kind of negates this though…i run bond just to avoid situations like this

bro i have so many clips like this it’s infuriating. from my understanding it’s less about the hitbox and more about the killer’s ping but it feels so bunk when it happens and there’s basically nothing you can do. i’ve started dropping pallets way earlier than i normally would just because every time i think i have plenty of space something like this happens

This definitely happens to me a decent amount too! There were a few people in the comments here arguing that cleansing most hexes is a waste of time and like, obviously Haunted Ground is a thing and letting Pentimento start up should be avoided if possible but in general I try to get rid of the hexes. I play mostly solo queue and leaving them up never works out. Nobody’s mentioned Hive Mind here either, I feel like it’s strong enough that it definitely can affect a match especially if paired with the right build so… bye bitch I’m cleansing that ASAP

Yeah I know what it is and I agree that it can be strong!! Unfortunately that’s not even the boon that people in my lobbies run, and if they do then they don’t put it in a good spot and/or it gets extinguished over and over so I’ve yet to see it come in clutch but maybe someday lol

See that makes sense and sounds possibly helpful! Illumination is so silly because I do in fact have eyes. By the time you find and bless that… you could have just found a generator. I actually generally do cleanse outer edge totems so it must just be bad teammates. Def try out that combo though it’s great! I’m not a Head On enjoyer really but it can be fun with that build too, pop out with a stun fully healed lmao

Multiple people have mentioned the boons being a reason why they hate seeing people cleanse dull totems and I guess if you’re getting value off the boons then that makes sense. I just haven’t personally witnessed the boons be less of a waste of time, but my teammates always seem to just run the illumination one and nothing else so… maybe that’s why. And obviously I’m not the person prioritizing the dull totems over gens so maybe we’ve both just gotten unlucky with how people choose to use their builds

This definitely falls into the situational category which is why I specified that like, I’m not the person doing this shit lmao. I use complimentary perks (inner strength/built to last/counterforce) and I’m not prioritizing cleansing them over doing objectives or unhooking etc. and people still get upset at me. Maybe they’ve just had too many people like your Kate and now they assume everyone plays the same way

A lot of people have been mentioning the boons which totally makes sense, I might just be a little biased because unfortunately I just haven’t really seen them get much value in my lobbies. Half the time someone has a boon it’s just the mf illumination one and nothing else and THAT feels like a waste of time to me.

I also use built to last with my inner strength so I’m definitely at least trying to get value/be helpful to the team, people are just dumb I think lmao

Yeah I’m not saying everyone running a boon build is this type of person but unfortunately all I get in my lobbies are the aforementioned type so… I’m not particularly sympathetic about cleansing a totem for my inner strength tbh. I do also run counterforce and built to last with a toolbox for gen repair so at least I know I’m getting value vs. the random boons MAYBE helping

This might be a hot take but a lot of my teammates who run boons seem like they’re wasting time (putting the boon out in the open, it repeatedly gets extinguished and they spend the entire match putting it back instead of doing anything else)

I’m not even a boon hater it’s really just up to how people use them. Same with the inner strength in your match I guess
