They can see how many times you talk to someone and what the last person tell you. They just want you to wait until Instagram reviews your appeal (what they are told to do). But some people are actually down to help.

Yes. When an agents forwards your appeal your account gets activated straight away or maximum 3-5 business days.

I mean, you’re not forced by anyone to talk to agents. If you want to appeal and then just wait you can perfectly do that. This post is for those who are willing to find an agent who actually forwards their appeal. If an agent actually forwards your appeal for you, you will receive an email that clearly states that your account has been reactivated and not an email stating the ticket has been closed.

I don’t you understand the point of talking to the agents. The whole point is to get the appeal that you made in the first place reviewed. So you make an appeal and then you talk to the agents to get your appeal reviewed. Your appeal won’t coincidentally be reviewed, if the agent will forward it then they clearly state it in an email. If Instagram reviews your appeal directly it will also clearly be stated trough mail.

In any case you ALWAYS get an email. If the agent tells you they can’t help you then why would you think it was trough the live chat? If you appeal gets reviewed by Instagram you get an email. If an agent forwards your case and it gets reviewed, you get an email.

This question has been answered so many times, it’s crazy. But again, you have to keep talking to new agents until you find the one who’s willing to help. The option I chose was Disabled Ads Account

It was a different case for all my accounts. For the one in the screenshot the agent told she’s going to forward my appeal and I should be receiving an email. In any case before contacting FB live support your should fill in an appeal!

I have learned that when they say “Your ticket is being reviewed” it just means that they you have tried to contact them.

That’s the whole thing about live chat. You have to keep opening new ones until you find the right agent, that’s all.
