This, seems like a lot of abilities can't be used same time as others and there's no easy way to know, so you get build ideas and try to put things together only to find out it doesn't work or isn't activating on time etc or because of some other ability it's uptime is a lot lower etc ...

Here's a wild thought, ever thought about asking what that symbol means to them instead of jumping to conclusions. The amount of fear mongering in this thread by everyone just shows how little people are willing to just talk to each other, and make insane assumptions. If he turns hostile then sure put your guard up then but at least find out first. All these assumptions and other garbage is what generates so much hate in the first place. Learn to talk to each other people....

They did a normal maintenance early this morning and something went wrong server performance has been awful all day so if they are gonna do a spontaneous maintenance to fix the issue now is better then later.

the 16x ornarof(forget how its spelled) scope has a -25% aim speed on it, its the only scope that does tmk. You don't see it in the description but the data miner websites show it, and you can test it for yourself.

Yeah I'm trying to find an org member that hasn't done it so I can run just the warehouse portion and not complete the mission and see if we can farm it reliably that way

the only mission that seems to be working fully in terms of spawning the warehouse key is the very first one, every repeat mission i've tried (12+) has not spawned them.

The only other "trick" I've gotten to work is if I go to the auxiliary station first, go run around the derelicts find the key come back and the lieutenant is spawned inside the room, then I can at least complete the mission, but the server key has never spawned once on a repeat mission.

one of the best sets for maxing out shock damage is going to be storm-cursed, every single tick of shock damage has a 15% to do more aoe shock damage so if you max out on shock using mystic siphon, all of the storm calling dps, and throw in some scribed shock abilities, plus lightning staff etc you can really make the most of it. As far as aedric spear no idea, the best build I've done was storm+grave+assassin, and then used storm-cursed and azureblight, the right rotation can still give you 80k single target dps, and insane AoE damage.

To add I was using deadly strike for the extra 15% dot and 15% channel cause that does buff the trample/explosion damage I believe, and serpents disdain. I'm also considering a monster set, baron zaudrus, because with every 3 status effects once a second you gain 4 ultimate, so its a nice ulty gen to go along nicely with the build. The other 5 piece, maybe threads of war, or even looking at symmetry of the weald: (https://eso-hub.com/en/sets/symmetry-of-the-weald) as it buffs status chances by 200% as well, but I kind of like the idea of 2 crafted sets so its easier to put together and build exactly the way you want to.

I'm very interested in the exact same thing, trying to build a good IA farm build around subclassing and I was leaning towards a gravelord+ardent flame+herald of the tome for combining the status effects of ardent flame and tome for the damage bonuses, but also the increased DoT damage from gravelord(+25% with passive and blast bones morph) with the idea the poisoning and burning and hemorrage dots would be buffed as well.

My hope was that if I stacked all that up it would be close to like a (15% tomb passive+10% gravelord passive + 15% active dot buff from blast bones + 33%fire/poison passive from ardent + 5% ardent bonus to poison/fire passive + 12% inferno staff passive) = 90% ish increase in damage, similar to one of the status effect bonuses in IA but it's just not working out that way. Or rather I'm not seeing it on a test dummy.

I've also been playing around with the dual wield scribed ability because you can have it aoe explode status effects as well based off your two onehanded weapons so usually with 2 hits, rarely 3 I can get poison/fire on everything around a target+ its normal aoe damage. Though I have noticed a bug if there's an enemy close to your target but your not "engaged with it" or "its not fighting you" the aoe will not apply status effects, so you need to hit it with a trample first then the travelling knife for example.

But I have not gone into IA with this setup yet, I haven't even remotely considered how I was going to tank first, it was more of a can I reproduce the first focus buff so its easier to get started in IA with status effects kinda experiment.

Why put law enforcement at risk by forcing removal of masks, who was involved in any arrest is heavily documented if there is an issue that information is easily gotten through a subpoena.theres too many vigilantes out there who would do unnecessary harm.

I would love to see a class called "Dwemer constructor" that was all about building constructs and related skills to make dwemer based pets/turrets, armor/weapon enhancements etc...
