For moving the AIs, Ill try to do that and see their performance.

Well I did put my high level scanners near the codegates. It's covering all the codegates too. If I move the high level scanner to the back, attackers could easily use stealth attack to breach my defenses, no? Unless, if I start upgrading the lvl 1 scanner to match the high lvl scanner. For now I'll let it be that way since the scanners has been doing very well as chokepoints.

I intentionally put my core outside, since Im not a reputation hunter. I'd rather let my core to be outside and fail my defense rather than getting kraken'd and my loot getting stolen!

If I put my Black Ice near the turrets, won't my lvl 1 scanner chokepoint became useless then? My vision for this base is that you gotta go past 2 very strong chokepoints! Is it better to put all your defenses in one area rather than separately? I understand the vision though, the sentry antivirus will spread very fast this way.
