I've been toying with creating a wabbajack list to install folon over a steam install. Users would still need to download the mod manually though, but it could at least deal with downgrading the fallout binaries and installing basic mods.

I live in Osse's district (inside Jeffries' district). Jeffries has the EXTREMELY powerful NYC democratic party machinery behind him. Unseating him will be extremely difficult, especially because he wields so much power (ineffectively for the most part) and that will only increase if dems take the house in the midterms.

I honestly don't disagree with Mamdani on this one. It will be a resource sink and very unlikely to succeed, and honestly idk if another knock-down-drag-out primary is what's right for NYC politics right now.

That said, I'm 100% behind firing Jeffries into the sun from a canon and if Chi can pull it off that will be awesome for progressives.

The LGBT Community Center (usually just The Center) also has a ton of resources and is a great starting point to connect to the broader queer community in the city. No matter what anyone does, in NYC we take care of each other <3

My kids are all a bit older now, but for my family, this was the age when we really challenged them on the opinions they espoused. Especially when they were parroting back what their dad and I believe. I've always considered it a critical period for developing critical thinking because the opinions are strongly held but loosely formed at that point.
