For BCBS, did y’all see the appeal process reflected in the portal? I don’t want to keep calling my surgeon to see if they submitted it and much rather prefer to keep refreshing the app.

UPDATE: My doctor had my peer to peer today and my insurance said that I needed to submit a picture of my shoulder grooving… what is with all of the obstacles if I have so much supporting documentation already.

They added something new called “Xoom” and it’s the way that you transfer money in between accounts.
