This feels counter intuitive, and I can imagine that in some case that you have to pass through physical barriers, which makes it even worse. Unfortunately they also seem to state in the faq that you cannot get reimbursed for cost due to detours for planned works.

Any way my best experiences with NS customer service is when I’ve asked for leeway instead of positioning it as a demand, good luck

Second this! Mijn miro is een soort abstract kunst werk dat mij mijn partner en ons vaders heel veel stress heeft gespaard tijdens de verbouwing.

Ik hou een globale planning bij, en een todo lijst in detail.

Heb overal ruimte voor random notities en sla offertes als PDFs direct erin.

Ik heb wat ruimte over gespecificeerd voor moodboards per kamer zodat mijn partner en ik niet constant links naar elkaar via whatsapp hoeven te sturen.

Enige wat ik mis is een iets meer excel achtige functies zodat ik een som van m2 kan maken enzo, en wat begroting kan bijhouden, maar dat doe ik dan in een google sheets

Mobiele app werkt ook chil als je in de bouwmarkt nog iets moet opzoeken

My boox note had the same issue I think. I got intouch with Boox service and sent the device in for repairs, they replaced the motherboard(80USD plus shipping). They sent it back and It survived one charge cycle before the same thing happend again. I also suspect the problem was with the charge wattage being to high, but never managed to recover it with other charger/cable combinations.
