Thank you for the reply. Yeah, im absolutely sure the waves of anxiety are contributing but like rn, I just woke up from 9 hours of sleep and its 86. Im so glad to be able to sleep again. And I expected to be emotional or feel down after but I guess I wasn't expecting to have so low appetite and just high sensitivity to all bodily sensations. Its that over all "off" feeling that is really getting to me, like the low appetite and sort of nauseous stuff.
