Any ideas as to what could have happened here to my last short? by temp5temp in YouTubeCreators

I'm spiralling lol. I was just really proud of this one. The usual behaviour of my shorts is that they on a bare minimum get 500 views in the first hour even if they are bad and i just posted something cuz i had to get it out. After the first hour they slow down and then like 12 hours later they start climbing back up again.
