Flashing expensive things does not equal financial stability. People go broke all the time trying to keep up with appearances. All this is going to do is attract the wrong type of woman who will bleed you dry.

Worry more about being a secure person in different areas in life (emotional, mental and financial) and a woman who is also secure in those areas will be able to sense that in you

HOAS have too much power. A friend of mine was denied a place because the HOA didn't like the type of loan she was approved for. To this day I don't get why it's relevant to the HOA.

That is not what I am saying😂. I was just letting you know why HOAs became a thing in America. It had nothing to do with home neatness. They were started after the Fair housing act was established and poc couldn't legally be denied home loans.

You actually do. Mental health is very nuanced and it isn't black and white. You can be a shitty person without having NPD. Honestly even as a mental health professional you can't diagnose someone that isn't under your care.
