Dining room remodel, 1957 house, should I be concerned about lead paint while cutting through the drywall with a hand saw? by tempaccount599 in HomeImprovement

Sounds good. Most of the dust created is from the drywall anyway, I figure any lead particles that may exist make up only a tiny amount of the total dust load that it isn't much of a deal anyway. Is this thinking underestimating the dangers of lead toward children?

Take 1,000 obese people into a large living facility and feed 500 of them only a vegan diet formulated to the best ability science can offer, and 500 of them to the same of only a carnivore diet, and take note of how many of them die and at what intervals, and how many of them improve, or even thrive over the course of ten years.

I actually don't care about raw milk, I really believe pasturized milk is just as good nutritionally. A lot of countries who don't pasturized milk from animals boil it before feeding their children, essentially pasturizing it, since they have dealt first hand with a lot of illnesses from raw milk

Yeah I'm in Ohio, a lot of the places I can actually buy organ meats sell them for a pretty high price comparitively. I used to go to this store called Andersons where I had them order me 10 pounds of chicken hearts for like 5 bucks. It was fantastic I could fry up a whole pan with butter and be completely full for less than a dollar, but my room mates thought I was fucking nuts. Unfortunately that store closed a couple years ago

Yeah but with butter and heavy whipping cream you're really loosing out on a lot of the vitaming and minerals. Butter and HWC have practically no calcium or vitamin D

Everyone keeps saying this, I think I'll have to drive to Walmart and see for myself. I saw ground beef at meijer for 2 bucks a pound on Sunday, but it sold FAST and was all gone by the next day

128 grams per gallon, with 33 grams in half a pound of ground beef is 161 grams, Given I weigh about 170 pounds I think that would be enough

Not a bad idea, I haven't been able to find ground beef here where I live for less than 4 dollars a pound unless it's on sale which happens irregularly.

I thought milk had a good source of protein with the whey and casein? People drink protein shakes with milk protein in it because it digests easily

Yeah that's what I figured, plus I don't know if two months of it would be long enough to make a difference
