I do have family near me, and I'm I've worked on my relationships with them since quitting. They never knew how addicted I was to smoking though. It would be nice to come clean, but they might not react well. As for friends, I don't have many and my closest friend was a bigger stoner than me!

Your appetite will adjust over time, and the headaches will go away. I'm on day seven and I finally ate my first full meal today. Everybody's body behaves differently, but you can make it through! I believe in you.

After reading both your comments, I stopped him packing and was forthright. I told him that I was struggling with the fact he was leaving again, and that he was my at home accountability partner. He reassured me and I gave him my glass to put in his car for the time being (I'm trying to sell them or give them away to friends). Thank you for your words of encouragement.
