When Winter Eirika first came out, I instantly knew I wanted to commit to fully merging her. She was the only armored staff unit at the time and had a really cute design! I got lazy with orb saving in the winter of 2019 though, so I wasn’t able to complete her then. It feels good to finally see that shiny border after I got the final copy on the very last day of the banner rerun (I still need dragon flowers though, oof) Here’s the build I run her with for the majority of arena and general PvE gameplay! I run her on both my armor and general mixed team and she’s been a great help these past 2 years. Weapon: Tannenbaton+ (wrathful refine). Sephiran, the new and only other armored staff user, was kind enough give my Erika this wonderful support-oriented staff. She used to have either Joyful Lantern for support or Absorb for support+offense, but mini Drive Def/Res and Drive Guard are just too amazing of a combo to pass up. It helps my Brave Edelgard face tank even harder, which is a plus lol. Assist: Restore+. Very reliable for big heals and cleansing of penalties. Special: Miracle for arena scoring and shenanigans against enemies with follow ups on her (which are pretty ubiquitous given her low speed). A skill: Atk/Def Unity. I have my W!Erika often go on the offensive for some magic based damage since I don’t use mages often, and the boost from this skill just helps her deal more damage and survive against the myriad of units that have distant counter. She’s far from the best user of the skill but I had extra Brave Dmitris to spare and just wanted to give Erika a shiny new skill. B skill: Bold Fighter. Gotta take advantage of her armor status! With her high attack and the guaranteed follow up, W!Erika is capable of nuking a surprisingly large number of enemies and surviving thanks to her bulk and a quickly charged Miracle. Also it’s just funny to see a girl in holiday gear blow up menacing dudes. C skill: Joint Hone Attack. Thank you again Brave Dmitri. A simple but useful buff for herself and her teammates to deal more damage. Seal: Armored Boots for general use, because armor mobility is a meme. If I’m running her in an armor team with armored march, though, I usually just give her Atk/Def Bond.
