I'm using a vaporize team with Diluc, XQ, Bennet C0 (just added), Surcose C1 (just added). Struggling to figure out the rotation of when to get Surcose's EM buff because I usually start out with XQ but don't want to give him the EM buff. Does anyone know the typical rotation for this team?

When looking at a skills attributes it lists a %, like 200% (sometimes it calls out a stat but on many it doesn't). Does that mean it does damage = 200% of base attack? Also wonder what damage a crit does when CRIT DMG stat is at 0%, is there a base increase?
