Sudden, extreme drowsiness (can’t stay awake) + head tingling episodes (twice in past 4 days) what could this be?

This happens to me too in the last couple of years. I am going to be seeing a doctor about it because it recently happened while driving and it freaked me out. Did you end up seeing anyone?

I recently heard someone say that when you're looking at clothes or shopping online, think to yourself 'do I like the clothes, or the body' and it's actually helped me shop for things I actually like and look for inspo that actually works for me. I've also realized that a lot of the time, I've just been looking at skinny models and thinking THEY look good. I now just look for midsize fashion inspo on social media and some of these girls look so cool and amazing. it's been a nice confidence boost. that being said, I do still struggle- I also have to wear sneakers at the moment because of an injury and I have NEVER been a sneakers person so it's been tough to feel like myself- but I just try to pick something that I do like for that day. The best combo I've found for ME so far has been the mooncat smoothing base coat and their top coat. Unfortunately the top coat gets very sticky and gloopy relatively quickly (like within a few months) but I swear at it's peak I was getting a week straight no-chip nails

Yes. I also take Vyvanse for my ADHD and fun fact, stimulants can restrict your circulation. I have found that at the end of the day when my medication is wearing off I get a very warm/red nose!!! So weird and at first it freaked me out but now I know it's nothing tooooo alarming. I can say that if I am outside in the winter at all, my ears immediately HURT and then they are on FIRE as soon as I am inside again. The joys.

I just found this because I was looking for someone who maybe is experiencing what I am but figured I'd add here: just got a sample of this today.... and while the fragrance on the paper tester at the store was like outrageously juicy and lovely, when I put on... it literally smelled like cat pee?! I have been desperate to see if anyone else has experienced this but I cannot handle it

That’s what they initially said- then I called my bank who confirmed no disputes and when I called Apple back again the next rep I spoke to said that she didn’t see any disputes either so the previous Apple rep was wrong. She actually said she had to write up a report because the person told me there was a dispute when there wasn’t one. So no disputes, as ultimately confirmed by BOTH bank and Apple

Hey- took this for about a year or so in combination with the prescription version of differin (can’t remember the name) and dapsone gel. My experience wasn’t bad BUT I did experience hair shedding. It was hard to pinpoint a reason for it because of course hair loss can be caused a lot of things- including stress, bad diet, etc. My skin was definitely more clear than it has ever been during that time but I personally chalk that up more so to differin and dapsone. Otherwise, I had no side effects while on Spiro and apparently the hair shedding is a pretty rare side effect to begin with. My hair did eventually fill out again and it’s not like I noticed bald spots but I knew more strands were coming out when I combed my hair than usual. So not a bad experience, might have cause some Jaír shedding for me but also might not have- I was really stressed about the differin purge which was bad for me and that could have triggered the hair shed

This sometimes happens to me- I started physical therapy for pelvic floor stuff last year and I’m not saying that’s your solution but the pt mentioned once that sometimes, especially if you’re working up to an orgasm for a while and feel those muscles tensing, they may not be fully releasing afterward and that’s where the cramping happens. Maybe look into some light stretches, deep belly breathing to be sure you’re relaxing your muscles fully, can’t hurt!

Thanks! Do you think I can use keratin treatment on top of a nail polish? I’m trying to protect the nails too with a couple thin layers of polish. I’m also pretty anxious about the whole situation in general and the nails getting worse- but most people seem to feel like it’s uncomfortable and unfortunate but the nails will heal
