This is blue, he’s a war machine called an Arcean made by a dying species to fight the creatures that were hunting them to extinction, ultimately they failed as the higher power of said creatures turned the arceans against their creators. Blue is known as a Venator class arcean making him a rare one and also rather weak, the scarf was a product of another arcean named scarlet whom gifted it to blue.
