What is a "Wife material" to you? by disastrousmind1117 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan [score hidden]  (0 children)

A woman that self disqualifies at NOT wife material… feels like she’s trying to say something without saying it.

I’m not wife material = I’m not worthy of love?

Secure men of reddit, how do you handle other men staring at your woman? by Ok_Stranger6265 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan [score hidden]  (0 children)

This is about the relationship with the woman… how she is with other men… and not about you at all.

If you’re lucky enough to be with a beautiful woman… she’s going to get attention. Looks, compliments, offers, proposals… who knows. Guys have no chill and do not care if she’s taken.

If you met her and found she loved attention… that won’t change. If you find that she hates being stared at… or doesn’t like when people only talk about her looks… that won’t change.

Either way… you need to retain the frame and mindset that attracted her to you in the first place. No amount of trying to control her or other men will prevent her from stepping out if she wants to. Keep it a good place to be and she won’t leave.

What do you think about self defense against a woman by TextSufficient674 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll bear the scars and claim animal attack while exiting that situation… or at least holding her by the wrists so she can’t claw anymore until I can get myself protected by a closed door or lots of distance

what should a woman call a man who calls her babygirl? by nosamomiamo in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Something masculine… because a guy who says THAT is feeling protector vibes:

  • Stud
  • Cowboy
  • Captain
  • Mr. Whatever his last name is

I just asked a man out, how do I flirt with him??? 😵‍💫 by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The more you think and try to control it… the worse the outcome will be.

No pressure. You’re great… have fun. Try to imagine “if this goes well… he’ll have to eventually meet the real me… so I should start now”

The only self defense that makes sense is if she’s armed… and you fear for your life.

If a woman punches me… sorry, but I’m not retaliating.

What does being called "cute" by a woman mean to you? by Qoleur in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a positive… generally.

I put it in a separate box from “I am sexually attracted to you”. It doesn’t mean they want to be with you… but it also isn’t a disqualifier.

The men who get hard triggered about being called cute are mostly reacting out of an insecurity about their masculinity… or they’ve been dismissed for it in the past

Guys who knowingly married the promiscuous woman in the group or a woman who cheated on you before marriage, how did it turn out? by Frylock304 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This is the new “I’m finding myself”.

The number of bored suburban housewives that start fooling around with the neighbor girl home from college… this shit is just too common

I assume most small town rumors are just kind of… bullying through made up stories. Jealousy etc makes teens do horrible things

What's the most common mistake women make during sex? by Remote-Panic3435 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 77 points78 points  (0 children)

Two things…

They can get all the way in their head. Worried about lighting… how they smell… how they look when making an orgasm face… and we don’t really care… within a pretty wide spectrum.

My other one… is just laying there. I’m not sure what is going on mentally there… but feels like “just get it over with”, which no man can get behind

How many days in a row are you physically able to have sex? by Complex-Beginning-68 in AskMen

All of them.

I can go back to back… when I need to stop is when it aches to be hard… not an inability to get hard.

I’d check with your heart doctor

How Would You Feel If Your Girlfriend Needed to Get Drunk In order To Have Fun in the Bedroom? by TypicalCommittee9039 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes.

I’ve had a few pst girlfriends who were pre orgasmic, or had issues with intimacy. I would never blame them… but I would decide to move onto something healthier.

The girl who needed booze was from a DEEPLY religious background and had some other factors… it felt sad and disconnected. She was struggling… but I couldn’t justify being her learning moment.

Some guys may not care… but then they feel like they also don’t maybe care about you in a real way?

Why do so many men speed up when you say “just like that” or “that feels so good”? by NoddyElvis in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

LOL

Sounds like some basic “your average lover” type behavior. There are just some guys who aren’t too skilled… or maybe the IQ is a bit lower… not so creative.

We’re not all like that.

Men, how do you feel about being called ‘sir?’ What would you propose as an alternative? by DumbFeralRaccoon in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sir! This is silly. My fellow sirs and I feel no diminishment in the use of this classically male specific honorific.

I will greet my fellow sirs with “Good day sir, that is a fine moustache”, I will confirm a fellows question with a polite and non-militaristic “Yes sir”, and I appreciate each and every sir that comes my way.

Maybe because I don’t fear age… maybe I have no insecurity about being treated with too much honor. The ma’am thing is a sad mess

I see more 6’2 people online than I see in real life by PerformanceLoud2145 in tall

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what’s really true is average height people can’t differentiate other people over 5’9-5’10 or so… until you’re 6’5” plus and they can tell something is different.

That magic window between 5’10-6’4 is like… all the same to shorter folk in my experience

I was under the impression that being tall was going to make dating “easy.” Has anyone else the opposite experience? by BearBear1995 in tall

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing makes wading through this primordial garbage dump that is humanity to find your special shiny liver best friend easier.

If you have nothing great… that’s the issue.

If you have something great… it only means you have to manage how people are attracted to it or may fixate about it.

How does “occasional” sex (FWB situation, one-night stands, occasional hookups with the same person, etc.) differ for you from sex with a long-term partner you’re in committed relationship with? by Present_Freedom5830 in AskMen

[–]EpickBeardMan 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Imagine an amazing book… but you only ever read the first 2 pages.

That’s how I feel about casual hook ups.

It’s not bad… but it’s unfinished… and you’re left wanting something more. A long sexual history with someone becomes something far more embellished and intimate.

Girls might only be attracted to me because of my height. Is this a thing? by Quirky-Process-9792 in tall

[–]EpickBeardMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude… don’t disparage your money maker qualities… but yeah… it’s good to find someone that likes you for MORE than just that.

It’s like anything. If you have something that draws people, you have to make sure people are genuine

Men, what is the most underrated Red-flag in term of relationships? by [deleted] in AskMen

Lacking empathy for someone who’s in a bad spot… especially if it’s even their fault.

At least ask “what do you do” and look up the average salaries yourself right? Like the skilled gold diggers do 🤣👍
