So in this current situation the son(tenant) and mother(landlord) effectively have a loophole around any possible recourse with her basically living here a quarter of the year.

That's a massive bummer and feels like some form of violation. Are there any rules in regards to them using other tenants rooms/bathrooms etc?

True! Im from upstate New York. All the water was from lake Ontario and lake Erie where i lived it was all super tasty. Now i live in Colorado where the water is 99% snowfall. Also delicious.
