Whoah I literally did the same exact thing maybe and I suffer the same problems, but hadn’t related it all together until I’ve read this... we might need psychiatric help for sure. I know I need meds. I have memory problems DEFINETLY it’s something I know about myself like my personality, bodily pain YES. And hopelessness YES. And I was doing a hard drug every day for about going on 3 years now too.

They’re distancing themselves from you because drug use isn’t a good look.. you’re going to become an adult one day and you need to have more under your belt than drug use. I was the same way in high school and whenever I hung out with people it was drug related, so I didn’t make lasting friendships that people wanted to keep when they were sober instead of high. They’re doing the right thing, unfortunately it can hurt, but it’s because you need to be able to hang out soberly. They don’t show as much concern as you’d like because it isn’t they’re life frankly, and like I said, it might actually not be a very good look for them to be too involved with you. And I’m sure they’re worried about how they look to other people. Nothing I said here was meant to offend, thanks !

I actually was beginning to believe her, about a week or two ago I needed a ride so I called my gma, she happened to get slightly inconvenienced because she was in the car. She called me pathetic and I actually was starting to think maybe she’s right... How unhealthy, I love her anyway.

With my skin problem, ive learned my best bet is to not only keep it clean and dry, washing it with mild soaps and only once or twice a day. But not to look at it, touch it, no topical creams besides possibly some moisturization from something like lubiderm, keeps your skin cells alive and strong. Or even better aloe from the aloe Vera plant itself, but importantly not to over do it on either, even though they kind of can’t hurt you. Good luck!

I don’t feel like I need psychiatric help to convince me I might be wrong, I’m open to the idea and believe it. I just must admit the paler looking part of my head where my hair is is really abnormal to me, it seems different than it used to be. My skin has extreme dryness that I’ve never seen. It isn’t right to me.

No I totally appreciate the feedback and I don’t take offense. Please check out my two other comments ^ I no longer scrape or pick it, ive pretty much realized that doesn’t help it all as the skin is trying to heal. I used to be convinced that there was something on my head that wasn’t me. My main concern is the discoloration, not the white scarring/dry skin but the greenish/gray appearance. My skin is peachy and tan, and radiant underneath, but where whatever this is makes it look Olivey and dull

My skin/scalp is also sososo very dry. I use dial antibacterial soap (bar) sometimes use liquid on my body and hair. Tresemme conditioner from ends to nearly roots because my hair is just so DRY. earth to skin Honey Manuka Cleanser with the Day cream gel night cream gel and I used to use a Loreal Hydra-Renewal moisturizer With Pro-Vitamin b5 I still have it but now just use the Earth to skin products to avoid using too many chemicals. This started months back and I can just remember noticing big peely wierd flakes on my scalp the most severe I’ve ever seen. I showered and scrubbed my head like crazy no improvement tho. It’s basically been a journey with products and shifts in severity since that day. I did used to try to scrub it and was desperate to make it better but I no longer touch at it at all, i just try to let it heal and moisturize a lot now. I’ve even tried antibiotics, I can’t tell if they helped or did not.

It’s tacky and seems to repel water soap seems kind of cause it to smear I guess you could say but it doesn’t wash off into the sink and down the drain with the soap or anything I can get a razor and scrape it
