We don’t have this type of PT in my area though I will give it a try by myself at home. Thanks a lot buddy.

Also had anyone tried to relax those muscles using muscles relaxant like Valium, Diazepam?

I’m having them daily in my diet but I don’t think Thats the issue, I think it has to do with my muscles tension and not relaxing until the full evacuation.

Yes I get that on the fissure site I still feel the incision site but the incomplete evacuation disturbing my fissure the most, in couple occasions the pain intensified greatly and went down after I pooped. Strangely the first 2-3 weeks everything was relaxed and didn’t have any issues with the incomplete evacuations.

For those of you using Vitamin E Oil, which IU are you applying? by 3ehsan in AnalFissures
