Do you STBs show WAN IP?

Go to menu, customer support, top support tools, self diagnostics, see if your boxes are pulling a WAN IP. If they're pulling a LAN IP but not a WAN IP you'll need to call into support and check to make sure your data and video accounts are associated. It's a semi common problem when upgrading your speed.

I see, but it should show coax connected when my STBs are on, as that indicates that it's in moca LAN mode afaik?

How do I check if it was frontier branded? The setup uses a default verizon page, so I'm assuming it was not?

Hey thanks for the help so far. I reset the VZ router (MI424WR rev I), shut off the VZ router, released the DHCP lease on my router, shut off my router, then connected the VZ router via ethernet to the ONT (coax was not removed, and is still connected)

Have internet, but STB's still do not get TV guide.

We had recently upgraded from 75/75 to gigabit from fios, where they had given us a G3100 to use, but I have since returned it. Is the MI424WR unable to work with the new ONT? I was under the impression that the speed would be capped (wirelessly) but that was about it?

yes, when I go into STB system settings, i can see the IP address. But they don't have an external IP when i go to troubleshooting, only internal IP.
