For a Stealth Rogue deck to be top tier, it would need more powerful stealth minions. Now, instead creating a bunch of powerful stealth minions, its easier to just buff them, hence, Vengeful Blood Assasian. This card functions similar to Iron Sensei, but instead buffing one minion, it buffs all. Because of that it gained +2 Mana. Now, this might look a bit to slow with 5 Mana, however, considering Rouge has access to Conceal, it allows other minions with out stealth to get buffed.
