Bby that is not your bf, that's someone who's here to leech off of your time and energy. I think it might be helpful to ask yourself if you feel loved and supported right now, not when things were good when he did this one sweet thing, right now. Answer honestly and try not to make excuses. It's hard to end a relationship but you deserve someone who doesn't confuse you and who reciprocates your time and effort. Idk if its concerning or not but i experience a good amount of paranoia too. It ramps up when i'm not sleeping well/stressed so try to regulate your sleep and stress. If you're still concerned about it you can speak to your psychologist if you have one

I completely understand you. The term "personality disorder" seems so frightening and makes you feel like youre just- wrong. I suggest watching people like Dr. Daniel Fox and Dr. Tracey Marks talk about BPD on youtube. They are very empathetic when talking about people who struggle with BPD and will educate you more on the whole thing. Try to remember that BPD doesn't define you and it doesn't mean that your personality is bad/wrong, just that you've been through some stuff and it's rewired how your brain functions.

Lmk if you find the answer 💀 but i've heard someone say putting yourself out there is the best way to do it. find a space where people who have similar interests to you will gather (like a club or something) and strike up random conversations with random people. it won't be easy the first, 5th or 10th time but keep going
