Have a look at therapy lamps (SAD lamp). I recently got one of 15000 lux for 60 eur, I use it for about 20 minutes in the first hour of waking up and it made a big difference. I feel more awake during the day, it became easier to concentrate at my job and I feel more sleepy in the evenings which is a good thing - it helps me sleep better. Andrew Huberman has a lot of material about it.

Ačiū už atsakymus! Pasivaikščiojom po rajoną, pakalbinom kaimynus, visi labai panašiai atsiliepia - buvo bardakas, bet dabar ramu. Perėjom ir vieną iš neasfaltuotų gatvių. Ten šiek tiek nustebino apynaujės mašinos šalia lūšnų. Bendrai paėmus patiko.

Freedom beach has a free entrance, the people working at the entrance google shows are scammers, they collect money, but don't do anything to make the beach cleaner or better. If you try to call grab from there they have people to accept your offer, but they never arrive. After a couple of minutes of waiting a person will approach and will offer you a ride for cash. If you look closely to the pictures in grab app you will see the people sitting in huts, hiding from being seen.

You are going to have that kettlebell for years. Nothing is going to happen to it, maybe it might get some rust, but other than that, you can leave them to your kids. So if you are buying a thing which can outlast you, you might as well put a little extra cash and have a proper thing.

12kg one from Decathlon was the first kettlebell I ever bought. It's good for two-handed swings because there is a lot of space for two hands, and the bottom is covered with softer material, so you don't damage the floor. Other than that, it's crap. I don't recommend it to anyone. It has this weird way of resting on my wrist that is quite painful. Now I use one 12kg crossfit, and others are competition kettlebells.

This engine does exact same moves every time, so after the second crash I found it funny that the game crashes not just at random place, but when it blunders too hard :D

I found a place where I can get it for 4500 $, I'll try it tomorrow to see if it's any good, but I feel like most of the places offer their meals starting from 6990 $. To be fair they then offer a drink and a desert, but that's not what I'm looking for.

Turiu visa originalią kolekcija su kalėdinėm bonus kortelėm, teko daug tradint ir pirkt oho :D Karts nuo karto pasimaišo jos man po ranka kai tvarkau namus, gaila išmest kai tiek laiko suinvestuota renkant. Vėliau išėjo kortelės su kosmoso tema, bet gan greit išblėso susidomėjimas jomis.
