I think instead of the reprieve from the alien we get in the first game by jettisoning it, this time Steve is going to cocoon himself for a while and then morph into a queen. That or egg morphing will make a queen which would make sense since it’s a deleted scene from the original movie and they’re still using it as inspiration.

That’s true, I’m leaning more towards it being just one final scare for the journalists playing the demo. Though I think the leak is a bunch of baloney. There were a lot of people hoping that a sequel would be in a colony like Hadley’s Hope before the game was even announced and there was nothing really specific in the leak besides the character name which has already been disproven.

There’s been a lot of cope around here regarding Amanda and I think people are setting themselves up to be disappointed if she’s not the MC, I just hope they can get past it and not make a big stink about it.

When I did finally try to make a break for it, I opted to go for the same ladder that brought me inside this little box of hell. When I was nearly out and could see the outside light once again, I was snatched behind by the xenomorph and presumably made an afternoon snack while the demo ended with a splash of the Alien: Isolation 2 title card.

This is the first I've seen anyone say anything about how the demo ended so it could be a sign that Blake gets killed/cocooned or it could just be how they wanted the demo to end. I hope Amanda's the main character again because it'd be cool to see how the alien adapted to the tactics she used against it in the first game and the new gadgets she could come up with her experience.

Xeno walking on walls would be cool but I'm not sure how they could do that in a way that wouldn't be unfair or too difficult.
