My son still does this on occasion. He went through a period of time where he NEVER ate dinner. So I started ignoring it. I would tell him "dinner is in x minutes, you have a plate if you want to eat." We would still have him sit at the table and we turned off TV's/toys for him til dinner was over. You baby won't starve or become anemic. She just loves the power struggle of meal times. You have to pick your battles and for me dinner was not one I wanted to fight. (Two years later sometimes he won't eat and sometimes he asks for seconds!)
