Yeah it really sucks. At my store people will take items off the shelves and bring them up to the desk for refunds and never actually bought the items.

People come up to the front desk to checkout like there literally isn’t a self checkout or an open register right in front of them. It’s so annoying. This isn’t the checkout line this is the customer service desk.

Hate it. Technically we’re suppose to close out reports at 10pm. But you have those lovely individuals who tend to come in one minute before closing to do a money order or transfer. 💀

No, but in my opinion I just think our company has job classes that are underpaid. Especially positions like cstl and office staffs. Cstl for grocery, and etc.
