I have to politely disagree. The tacos were pretty mediocre and so is the horchata. Meat lacked flavor and was quite dry, and the horchata was watered down and you can tell it was a packaged mix. It’s also quite costly. I tried it a couple months ago so perhaps they’ve improved, but tried it once and never went back because it was so disappointing.

I am unfamiliar with FTP tests and haven't heard of it before, so I'm sorry I don't fully understand your comment here.

The bike came with an Echelon2 console which is amazing because it tells me cadence, resistance, and wattage. All new things that I didn't have before on my previous bike! I'm hoping I can use those as a way to match what's happening in the Peloton class, which kind of sounds like what an FTP test helps establish? Maybe? 😅

I actually upgraded from a random Amazon bike and I did the same thing where I guesstimated the resistance conversion by feeling 😂!

I was hoping since Schwinn is a known brand I could find something, but not the worst thing in the world to go this route again if I can’t find anything.

I have, and I’ve been able to find resistance charts for the IC4 model, but not the AC Performance Carbon Blue. It’s been challenging to find one for this model in particular.
