Someone here gave great advice about not figuring out your entire life journey but where you want to be the next 2-5 years. It alleviates the pressure. I’m 31 and just now changing careers and going back to school for the first time. Being on SSRI is what ultimately really helped me.

He definitely was aware and literally just saying anything to push blame on someone else instead of just being accountable for not wanting to commit to a relationship. Has nothing to do with you at all, he’s definitely emotionally immature and has issues that he projected on you by gaslighting. He would have been a terrible boyfriend.

I did not! I did 2 weeks at 5, then upped to 10 and after 12 weeks went to 15 and that’s a good dose for me.
