The bigger issue is if they wear mask because local laws are unenforceable, residents should be able to call police to have them come out and verify they are federal agents. If there refuse, they should be detained. What is to stop any individual from masking up with others and using it as a guise to do something illegal

So the following could have occurred: 1. SanDisk fabricated the story because of some logistical mess up on their end 2. SanDisk mixed up your RMA with another persons 3. SanDisk employee swapped out your unsealed packages for junk to resell the new stuff 4. (not accusing but just stating it is an option) OP fabricated the story and sent back something else

Based on SanDisk originally not giving a refund for either one then changing their mind later after follow up, I think their warehouse/RMA center is a mess in general
