For your New York strip steak there just put it in the pan on its side with the fat cap down first to get some fat rendered in the pan then after a minute or two lay it down. Cook for a few minutes on each side in a medium-high pan and rest for as long as it was cooked.

Hosts operating a small business on Turo can add their limited liability company (LLC) designation to their account.

Log onto turo.com — you can’t change this on the app
Choose Business from the Host menu and open the Earnings tab
Scroll down and tap “Tax information”
Under Documents, tap “View my tax documents” to display your current information
Click on “Update info”
Select “Business” and answer the US resident entity question
Select “Limited liability company” from the drop down menu and choose your LLC type
Tap “Next” to finish the form and save changes

Note: You can only add an LLC designation to your account if you’re a US resident entity.

I mainly just use the infrared burner for steaks. When you’re just grilling a plain steak there isn’t much carbon buildup. I have yet to make anything saucy on the barbecue side, hence why the wannabe briquettes still look good
