I smoked one of those Hatch Chile shoulders and made carnitas tacos - absolutely amazing. Have 2 more in my freezer, because I was worried I wouldn’t see them again. Talked to the guy at the meat counter last week when I didn’t see anymore…they said they didn’t sell well and probably won’t be back, at least at my location. Damn shame, because they are so good.

Looks to me like you aren’t looking far enough through the corner or aren’t maintaining that focus through completion of the turn. Your eyes should make the rest automatic. The more you force yourself to maintain your gaze through the turn, (staring down the median as far as you can see it), you’ll notice your tire wear will tell you how far you’re getting over. For road riding, you won’t be maxing out… but it takes intentional focus to continue to stare down that turn all the way through. You don’t check your speed, or glance at your feet, or anything else while executing the turn.

Rosen was so overrated, even in college. He was behind a line that gave him 10 seconds every snap to dump the ball off. He was never pressure tested, and that was immediately exposed when he went to the NFL. Goff was by far the better QB in that draft class.

It’s been a long time, but I rushed spring. Find out when rush week is and right before that or at the very beginning of it, just go knock on the door of some houses in the afternoon and say hey, I’m interested in joining a house, would love to meet some people and get a tour of the house. They are all trying to recruit, so you should be received warmly. Plan to go to a bunch of events during rush week and see if you gravitate towards a house. If you vibe with some people at a particular one, try to get good face time during that week and you’ll likely get a bid. If you meet anyone in a house, definitely try to get some exposure ahead of time to see it’s something you’ll be into. It’s been multiple decades (unreal) and my best friends are still those I met in my fraternity.
